Greek-Catholic church on fire in Western Ukraine

Kiev, September 29, Interfax – Wooden Greek-Catholic church of John the Baptist built in 1846 perished in fire in the village of Markova, the Ivano-Frankovsk Region, press service of the Ukrainian Emergency Ministry has reported on Monday.

The fire emerged about 03.00 p.m. on Sunday and four divisions of ministerial fire prevention managed to eliminate it in hour and a half.
