Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Passes Several Buildings to Roman Catholics

KYIV -By its order of 10 June, 2009, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the proposal of the State Property Fund and the Lviv Regional State Administration to transfer the building of a former seminary chapel at 62 Vymmychenka Street in Lviv, a total area of 99.2 square meters, to the ownership of the Lviv Metropolitanate of the Roman Catholic Church (RCC). In addition, auxiliary buildings # 63-66, a total area of 73.5 square meters, and buildings # 131 and 191, a total area of 79.2 square meters, were passed to the ownership of the metropolitanate.
According to the order, the Lviv Regional State administration is to ensure the handing over of the mentioned buildings to the Lviv Metropolitanate of the RCC within a month.
